President of Legacy Recordings. Worked at EMI Records in the early 1990s. Along with Ali Shaheed Muhammad (A Tribe Called Quest), musician and producer Adrian Younge and concert producer Andrew Lojero, founded in 2017 Jazz Is Dead, "a global movement lived through community and culture".
