Mark Summer

Cellist. Mark Summer grew up in Los Angeles, California playing piano, guitar, and, starting at the age of nine, cello. After studying cello and playing in Winnipeg Symphony Orchestra and other ensembles, he became a member of the Turtle Island String Quartet in 1986, and has since remained a member.
