Known to have worked at Olympic Studios in London, and in the tv and film industry as an on-set mixer and occasional sound designer. Son of singer Michael O'Duffy, brother of producer Paul Staveley O'Duffy.
Born on August 6, 1948 in Clontarf, Dublin; died of cancer on April 30, 2025, aged 76.
